Who is NïR designed for?

While NïR was inspired from the beautiful chaos of motherhood, it was never made only for it.

Each piece is thoughtfully designed for every woman moving through the ebb and flow of modern life — evolving with you from bottles to workdays to weekends away.

It’s a system created to restore calm, beauty, and ease — wherever life takes you.

What is The Rumi Tote made from?

The Rumi is crafted from sleek, water-resistant nylon — lightweight yet beautifully structured for everyday wear.

Each piece is refined with supple microfibre vegan leather trimming, offering a cruelty-free alternative that retains its form and quiet luxury over time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We want you to adore your NïR as much as we loved creating it.

If for any reason your purchase doesn’t feel quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To begin the process, please contact our Customer Care team at info@nirthelabel.com.

All returns must be unused and in their original condition, accompanied by the original dust bag, packaging, and any included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We craft in small batches with great care — thank you for treating your NïR with the same intention.

Can I return items purchased during a sale or promotion?

All purchases made during sale events or promotional periods are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

We encourage you to choose carefully during these events, as quantities are limited and each collection is produced in small runs.

Pre-Orders & Dispatch

At NïR, every piece is crafted with intention — in considered quantities and slow, thoughtful production runs.

When a style is listed as Pre-Order or Delayed Dispatch, it means your purchase secures a piece from our next small-batch release before it returns to stock.

Pre-order timelines can vary depending on our production and shipping schedule. While exact dates are confirmed closer to arrival, we’ll keep you updated with expected dispatch windows and progress along the way.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, everything will be sent together once all items are ready.

How long will my pre-order take?

As a brand grounded in considered design and intentional craftsmanship, our pieces are crafted in small, thoughtful batches.

Pre-order timelines vary depending on production and transit schedules. While exact delivery dates can’t be confirmed until the shipment arrives, we’ll keep you informed with estimated dispatch windows and updates along the way.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, NïR ships exclusively within Australia, though we’re working to make our pieces available worldwide.

If you’re located outside Australia, please contact info@nirthelabel.com and we’ll be happy to explore shipping options with you.

All orders are packed with care and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse using tracked courier services.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (Metro) — Delivered within 3–5 business days.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150, or a flat rate of $15 AUD.
Express Delivery (Metro) — Arrives within 1–3 business days.
Available for a flat rate of $19 AUD, ensuring your NïR piece reaches you swiftly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or if I believe it’s faulty?

Every NïR piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio, but in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact info@nirthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

A manufacturing fault refers to a defect in hardware, stitching, or craftsmanship that prevents your bag from functioning as intended.

This does not include:

Normal wear and tear from use
Accidental or environmental damage

Our team will carefully assess your claim and determine the most suitable resolution.

Care & Cleaning

Caring for Your NïR

Your NïR bag is crafted from durable, water-resistant nylon with an easy-to-clean interior — designed to endure daily life, with only the simplest care.

Interior

To refresh the interior, gently lift the lining outward and wipe with a soft cloth or toothbrush dipped in mild, unscented soap and warm water. Allow it to air-dry completely while extended, ensuring no moisture remains within the seams.

Exterior

For the outer body, use a soft-bristled brush or baby cloth with mild soap and water, applying gentle circular motions. Wipe evenly across the surface to avoid watermarks and maintain the smooth finish.

Avoid soaking or machine washing — this helps preserve the structure, hardware, and refined silhouette of your bag.

Storage

When not in use, keep your NïR away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Lightly fill the bag to hold its shape, slip it into its dust cover, and store with silica gel sachets to maintain freshness.

Because the details matter — a little care ensures your NïR is your constant companion for years to come.
